At Clam and Clasp, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If at any time you are not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Due to the raw material of natural seashells, all jewelry is completely unique and one of a kind. Clam and Clasp cannot guarantee specific coloring or sizing of shells. We do our best to accommodate specific requests entered in the “Order Comments” section.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for any item with a manufacturer defect. Customer must email email@example.com to receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number in order to process a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages caused by failure to follow care instructions, accident, misuse, modification, attempted repair, and ordinary wear and tear may not be eligible for exchange or return.
